  Absolutely disgusting! A waste of $65 and two and a half hours! Got my car back with bugs still stuck all over my number plate and large dried soap spots all over my brand new car. Water spilled all over the buttons near the gear stick and greasy marks all over my dash from armour oil not being distributed properly. Grass still on the floor and dust still in the middle of the seats. Glass of sun roof hasnt even been touched! Attempted to overcharge me and had an attitude when i corrected him, then tossed my card back at me over the counter. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. I will never return and certainly never recommend. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!

  the car looked clean when returned but in reality they just soaked it in water, the spare wheel compartment was filled with water. as the car dried, the level of detail became apparent....very low. will not use again

  Crashed our car while they were washing it. Was initially very difficult to get them to pay for it to get fixed.

  $75 for a wash on my BT50, after being unhappy with the quality of the wash the owner contacted me promptly and ensured me he would rectify, they certainly did with my car looking immaculate next visit with complamentry polish for the inconvenience.

  Rude and arrogant manager. I was asking for a quick exterior wash which they ad for 45$.. The manager (I think he's prob of an Indian background named "vish") told us, he couldn't do my mid sz SUV as advertised at 45$..and had to start from mini of 50$..When I asked him the reason, he said " the ad said FROM 45$, do you still want to do it or not?" His attitude was super bad as if I owed him something from the beginning..if I could give minus, I would take 1 star back..I hope the owner could take action on this guy..I believe many ppl fr review probably would come across this bad attitude guy as well...
