  Not nice loosing my results for nerve test deduction and told doctor I had 1 stye on my eyelid and he did nothing no prescription for any thing ...guess what doctor ive got around 6 styes now around 3 on each ....thanks alot for your help ....never go there again ...you don't deserve 1 star either...Went to polli clinic today found out ive got an infection in my eyes ...they advice me I could of told you how bad Charlestown medical was!!!

  Currently waiting been 1hr 55mins,it's now 20:20hrs still 6 patients ahead, doesn't take bookings, walk ins only.

  Came when they opened at 7 o'clock, it was all very organised everyone lined up and the reception on managed everyone extremely well. I expected a really long wait but I was with the doctor by 7:25 and had my blood test done by 7:45. The ladies in the pathology were sooooo lovely and made me feel extremely comfortable getting blood drawn.

  Not welcomed with hello upon approaching receptionist, cuts straight to the point "I can't guarantee you'll be seen only 2 doctors on".

  Great Service, never have to wait over 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor or pathology even x - rays. Beautiful staff all round,, this is why I keep coming back. Always willing to help me out with answers to my questions. I would highly recommend taking a visit to here.
