    A Big W like most. Very modern. Gets very busy. Always kept in good form and tidy. Has the newish department "part supplies".

    The staff can be a hit and miss affair. Some days you get a nice one other days you get one who you fee has lost their mojo and will to live.

    Absolutely terrible!!! Bought a bike 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a phone call from them to collect it.

    Staff need to be trained regarding the telephone service...eventually received my enquiry met after being disconnected and recalling with a 8 min on hold. All good in the end.
