  I never thought I would be working out at the same fitness centre as my Nan! However, every workout I leave absolutely exhausted but with a massive smile on my face. Curves is for all fitness levels and caters to everyone's individual goals. Since being here I have had so many comments about how toned my arms and legs look and am just loving the whole process :)

  All the staff are fantastic, friendly and supportive. After years of struggling with my weight I have lost 20 kg as a Curves member. I definitely recommend it!

  easy but an enjoyable adventure. The support & encouragement from Maria & her fabulous team has been awesome. The recipes are beautiful with an enormous variety & I even took a 10 day vacation in this time and continued to enjoy a glass of wine. Luvin my new curves
