  Extremely disgusted with the service I received today. My sister and I went in to get a silver bangle engraved with 10 letters today and while I do admit it was a quick service for the engraving the actual engraving itself was quite shocking and poorly done. My sister and I had gone back to see if they could fix the engraving and we were told all they could do was add serifs to the letters- which did not help at all. Afterwards we went to multiple jewellers and other engravers and the only solution was to buff it back or fill it in with more silver. After paying more than $100+ for the bangle it is extremely upsetting to have to have to bangle be altered or modified. After going back a third time to ask for a refund we were refused not only an explanation or money back, the employee went on to swear at us and tell us that he had been doing this job for eight years so that he knew what he was talking about and we were wrong to be unhappy with his workmanship. I have the full receipt for the service at this store and photos of the workmanship if the owner would like to dispute that we are indeed wrong in our judgements. My sister was reduced to tears about the way she was treated by a particular employee after seeking an apology. Our names were not taken to ensure a booking but again i have a full receipt and proof of purchase of our experience at this store. If anyone has any contact details for the owner of this store that would be much appreciated.

  Very disappointed with this service. Would not recommend. Had a watch battery replaced and pressure tested for ocean use, the watch broke first time I used it as it had not been sealed properly and filled with water. After 5 months of waiting on repairs, receiving advice from Fair Trading, and attempts at negotiating a satisfactory compensation agreement or refund with the business owner, I am still without a watch and wish I had taken my watch elsewhere.
