  Great value for money at this cinema. You buy a ticket for $9.00 and you receive a good sized chair and an extremely large screen. The service is friendly and more importantly, the cinemas are not full (you can enjoy your movie in peace).

  The screen in cinema 4 has a dent or some other damage on the upper left quadrant. Whenever the film is light a bright spot appears it then disappears when the film darkens, in variable scenes this leads to a flashing dot. This damage has been there since at least Dec 2016. Staff have been willing to refund my ticket when the screen damage is mentioned but it's very annoying to have to remember to check which screen a film is playing on by going to/calling the cinema because they appear to be unwilling to fix the screen.

  Titan XC cinema is the best in Newcastle. Tickets are better value than at Kotara. Gold Class menu lacks range.

  Titan XC for Bladerunner 2049 mid-Oct17 was great. Online booking prior was pretty good, quite like how they don't have allocated seats. Tickets via confirm of mobile ph# was great, car parking extra hr validation worked fine. Seats fairly good, big screen great & loud surround sound with good bass great - this is why I go here really. Cinema seemed clean, session wasn't busy. One big downside: too many ads & not enough proper movie previews screened prior top actual movie. Regardless, good value for big action-type movies on a mega screen. Will consider again.

  The gold lounge was an amazing experience, much more private & comfortable than the usual cinema! Definitely worth the extra money with the electric recliners and waiter service. Being able to enjoy a glass of wine or cold beer whilst watching was great too
