  Would give 0 stars if I could, purely based on customer service. One lady here is horrible. She must really hate her life to be so nasty. Watched her abuse a little old lady who was trying to submit her grandson's TFN application - it was simply awful.

  Customer service from one of ladys working there is terrible. I have received delivery advice that the parcel is ready to pick up at X time, then when I go to the post office I have been sent away being told there is no parcel there, this has now happened 3 times. Then when get home and call Auspost I am told the parcel is there and I have to go back up to get it. You need to weed out the dead wood.

  They get the job done but the service is really poor. Not one of the staff seem happy when you go in. Must be a horrible place to work or something.

  This post office needs to stop employing bullshit artists for delivering parcels who don't make any attempt to deliver a parcel but instead drop a pickup parcel card in letterbox, obviously so they can get their deliveries, well so called deliveries done quicker. 1. there was no knock at the door. 2. there is always someone home. 3. thanks for making life more difficult as i have no way of picking up parcel as i am on a disability pension for a reason. 4. All knocks at door or even someone walking down to the door are heard by my dog of service, so there was no attempt at making delivery at all.
