  Could list this Telstra store as being the worst possible retailer i've ever visited - Would not recommend Telstra to a single person.

  I have tried 4 times now to have an issue rectified in store (as per Telstra policy, I can't fix it online or over the phone, MUST be in store) but Charlestown Store hasn't either had qualified staff or time to see me, without an appointment. Attempted to make an appointment over the phone & they don't answer! Tried to make an appointment online & they don't accept online appointments - does anyone else see the irony here? Telstra Customer Service is non-existent & they don't even use their own technology to run their business... helloooo??

  I have been to the telstra shop 3 times to get my phone fixed on warranty still waiting no luck. Also have insurance

  Terrible store. go to the Kotara store, much better. These guys don't answer their phones and they also don't do online bookings. Plus there's this one male manager (about 5'11'' with a short beard) who is complete jerk to customers for no reason. He must be compensating for something...
